Our story

How we got our start?

In 2009 I started mountain biking after many years of no activity. The results of my first 5 mile ride were Muscle pain, Cramps and bad sleep. I thought to myself, there must be a way to turn my painful exercise into positive experience. A month of research led me to Magnesium.
